Rádio Conquista FM 97.7 is a Brazilian radio station based in the Ribeirão Preto region, in the state of São Paulo (SP), that is exclusively dedicated to the Brazilian “sertanejo” music genre (a popular country‐style genre in Brazil), both contemporary hits and classic tracks. The station positions itself as a leader in the segment, often citing its long history and popularity in the region. It is known by slogans like “O Som do Brasil” (“The Sound of Brazil”) and “Sucesso em primeiro lugar!” (“Success in first place!”). Rádio Conquista FM was the first 100% Sertanejo radio station in Brazil to broadcast 24 hours a day, having started its operations in Sertãozinho (near Ribeirão Preto) in 1980. Its target audience is young and adult listeners who appreciate sertanejo music.
